These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of [WEBSITE URL], our roof assessment estimator, our forms, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Excluva LLC, doing business as Roofis ("Roofis," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are and What We Do
   Roofis is a roof assessment and preservation service operating in Georgia. Excluva LLC is the legal entity behind the Roofis brand. We provide free roof assessments and may recommend one of three outcomes for your roof: preservation, repair, or replacement. Certain work may be performed by independent licensed and insured roofing contractors engaged by us or on your behalf (see Section 6).

2. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. The Estimator Is an Estimate Only
   Our online estimator produces a rough, non-binding cost range based solely on the information you enter and general local data. It is provided for informational purposes only. It is not a quote, an offer, an appraisal, or a guarantee of price, roof size, condition, or suitability for any service. Actual pricing and recommendations are determined only after an in-person inspection. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the estimator alone.

4. Free Assessment; No Obligation
   Scheduling a free assessment creates no obligation to purchase anything. Any recommendation we make is ours; the decision is yours. A binding agreement for services exists only when a separate written service agreement is signed by you and the party performing the work.

5. About Roof Preservation Treatments
   If preservation is recommended and you choose it, you acknowledge and agree that:

• A preservation treatment is intended to help extend the service life of a qualifying asphalt shingle roof. It is not a new roof, not a repair of existing damage, and not a guarantee against future leaks, failure, wind, hail, or storm damage.

• Not all roofs qualify. Treatment is appropriate only for roofs that pass inspection.

• Shingle manufacturers and industry associations may advise against field-applied treatments, and applying a treatment may affect or void any remaining manufacturer shingle warranty. Any warranty-related risks will be disclosed to you in writing before work begins, and you will be asked to acknowledge them.

• We make no representation that a treatment will preserve, restore, or affect your eligibility for homeowners insurance, and we do not provide insurance or legal advice.

• Expected lifespan, performance, and any product warranty are governed solely by the written service agreement and any product-specific warranty provided at the time of service, not by this website or its marketing.

6. Work Performed by Independent Contractors
   Some or all physical roof work may be performed by independent licensed and insured roofing contractors rather than by Roofis directly. Those contractors are responsible for their own work, licensing, insurance, and compliance with applicable codes. Your service agreement will identify the party responsible for performing and warrantying the work. Nothing in these Terms makes Roofis liable for the independent acts or omissions of a contractor beyond what that agreement or applicable law provides.

7. No Warranties on the Services
   The Services — meaning this website, the estimator, and related tools — are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on them is complete or current. This Section 7 applies to the website and tools; warranties for actual roof services, if any, are set out in your written service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Excluva LLC, its owners, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services (excluding liability that cannot be limited by law) will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater. Liability arising from actual roof work is governed by the applicable written service agreement.

9. Your Responsibilities
   You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Services only for lawful purposes, to not interfere with or disrupt the Services, and to not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. You are responsible for the accuracy of the property and contact information you submit.

10. Communications Consent
    By submitting a form, you agree to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy, including by phone, text, and email. You may opt out of marketing messages as described there. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Intellectual Property
    The Services, including our name, logo, text, graphics, and the estimator, are owned by Excluva LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

12. Third-Party Links and Tools
    The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and tools we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

13. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Excluva LLC and its owners, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law and Venue
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Except for any dispute subject to Section 15, you agree that the state and federal courts located in Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to venue there.

15. Dispute Resolution
    Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. [OPTIONAL — review with counsel before including: Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you and Roofis waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. 16. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the Effective Date above and post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement
    If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Roofis regarding the Services and supersede any prior understandings. Any roof services you purchase are governed by the separate written service agreement for that work.
