An eco-friendly & massively cost effective alternative to roof replacement that brings it back to life.
What is Roof Preservation?
As asphalt shingles age one granule at a time, they lose vital oils and flexibility that help them hold up against the elements. Sun, rain, and heat over the years dry out the natural petrochemical oils inside asphalt shingles over time.
This can contribute to wear, brittleness, deterioration, and create an environment where mold, moss, and algae can shorten the lifespan of your roof. Roof preservation treatments are designed to help maintain existing shingles and combat these conditions by replenishing those vital properties and prevent those detrimental environments from forming.
Roof Preservation isn't a quick fix or a cosmetic wash. It’s an advanced restoration process designed to deep-feed aging shingles, replenishing the essential properties they've lost to time and weather.
What materials are used?
Roofis uses a USDA certified, eco-friendly & highly sustainable 5:1 soybean-oil concentrate application engineered to deeply penetrate asphalt shingles.
This non-toxic treatment:
Restores original shingle flexibility so they resist cracking and thermal stress.
Locks down protective granules to keep your roof shielded from UV rays.
Reactivates shingle adhesive seals, helping your roof stay anchored against heavy wind and blow-offs.
Is environmentally friendly and reduces carbon emissions caused by new shingle production and landfill pile up.
How does the preservation process work?
Not every roof needs a $20,000+ tear-off—in fact, millions of dollars are wasted replacing roofs that simply needed their flexibility restored. Every roof has a unique age, exposure level, and wear pattern. The exact timeline and savings depend on your shingle condition today.
Here is how Roofis preservation works for your home:
Step 1: The Integrity Check — Not all roofs qualify. We evaluate the structural soundness of your shingles to ensure preservation is the right financial choice for you based on your roof's current condition.
Step 2: Deep-Penetration Treatment — If your roof qualifies, we'll handle all the details and schedule your application day. Once applied, our eco-friendly formulation goes to work in just hours, adding years back to your shingle's lifespan.
Step 3: Preservation Assurance — You gain a roof thats more pliable, youthful, weather resistant, and more. All backed by our 5-Year Warranty.
