This Privacy Policy explains how Excluva LLC, doing business as Roofis ("Roofis," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit roofis.co, use our roof assessment estimator, submit a form, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who We Are
   Roofis is a roof preservation and assessment service operating in Georgia. Excluva LLC is the legal entity behind the Roofis brand. If you have questions, contact us using the details in Section 14.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly:

• Contact details: name, phone number, email address, and property address.

• Roof and property details: roof age, home square footage, number of stories, shingle type, and any other information you enter into our estimator or forms.

• Communications: messages, questions, or notes you send us, and records of calls or texts with us.

Information collected automatically when you use the Services:

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and time spent.

• Cookies and tracking identifiers, including advertising identifiers such as the Facebook/Meta click ID (fbclid) and campaign tags (UTM parameters). See Section 6.

• Estimator results generated from the information you enter.

Information from third parties:

• Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta and Google) may share limited information about how you reached us.

3. How We Use Your Information
   We use your information to:

• Respond to your request and schedule and perform a free roof assessment.

• Confirm whether your property is within our service area.

• Contact you by phone, text, or email about your assessment and related services (see Section 5).

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services and our estimator.

• Measure and improve our advertising, including understanding which ads lead to inquiries.

• Prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with law.

4. Legal Basis and Business Purpose
   We process your information to take steps at your request before and during the course of providing services, for our legitimate business interests (such as marketing measurement and improving the Services), with your consent where required (such as SMS marketing), and to comply with legal obligations.

5. Calls, Text Messages, and Consent
   When you submit a form and provide your phone number, you agree that Roofis and parties acting on our behalf may contact you by phone call, text message, and email regarding your free assessment and related services, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

• To stop phone or email contact, tell us using the contact details in Section 14.
  Opting out of marketing messages does not stop non-marketing messages about a service you've scheduled.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
   We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies — including the Meta Pixel and, where applicable, Google analytics and advertising tags — to operate the site, remember your inputs, measure performance, and support advertising. These tools may collect your IP address, device information, and actions on our site, and may set identifiers that help advertising platforms measure results and show relevant ads.
   You can control cookies through your browser settings and can opt out of certain interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com. Because there is no common standard, we do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

7. How We Share Your Information
   We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:

• Service providers: companies that host our site, manage forms and leads, run our CRM or scheduling, send email or text, and process communications on our behalf.

• Contractors and applicators: the licensed, insured roofing professional who performs your assessment or service receives the information needed to contact you and do the work (such as your name, address, phone, and roof details).

• Advertising and analytics partners: platforms such as Meta and Google, as described in Section 6, to measure and improve advertising. Depending on your state, some of this activity may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" (see Section 10).

• Legal and safety: when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others.

• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

8. Data Retention
   We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide services, meet our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

9. Data Security
   We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights and Choices
    Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using Section 14. We will verify your request and respond as required by law. You may also:

• Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.

• Opt out of texts by replying STOP.

• Opt out of interest-based advertising using the links in Section 6.

11. Children's Privacy
    The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-Party Links
    Our site may link to third-party websites or tools we don't control. This Policy doesn't apply to them, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

13. Changes to This Policy
    We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the Effective Date above, and significant changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
